Chose to stay at the Sofitel on Collins to celebrate a milestone birthday and Mother's Day. From making the booking to checking out, the customer service was excellent. The staff were extremely accomodating, polite and always there to answer any questions or assist with requests. In particular, Naman was more than happy to assist with our request and did what he could to make it happen. The housekeeping service that was provided was also exceptional. A very big thank you to the team at Sofitel - will definitely be back!
